Thank you for your interest in participating in Mid-Del Fest! Our event will be taking place on October 23, 2018, from 5-8:00 p.m. behind our Mid-Del Administration building located at 7217 S.E. 15th Street. We could not have a successful 75th anniversary celebration without the support of vendors like you. We ask all of our vendors to complete the short vendor application document for our records. In addition, you will also need to provide insurance documentation to have a booth at the event on October 23rd, 2018. If you have any questions as to proof of insurance, feel free to contact Susan Byrum in our Insurance Office at 737-4461, ext. 1232. Please submit your insurance verification to email@example.com.
