🌊 Making a Splash at Soldier Creek! 🌊
Our Soldier Creek Tigers believe learning goes beyond the classroom—and thanks to amazing community partners like the Midwest City YMCA, our students are diving into real-life skills that matter.
What started as an act of kindness—YMCA staff stepping up to help during a tough time—has grown into a true partnership built on heart and service. From helping out during lunch and recess to showing up for school dances and teacher appreciation events, the YMCA has become part of the Soldier Creek family.
Now, they’re helping our 2nd graders learn how to stay safe in and around water! 💦 Through a hands-on Water Safety Program taught by certified lifeguards, students will attend four exciting sessions at the YMCA. They're not just learning how to swim—they're learning how to stay safe for life. 🛟
We’re grateful for the YMCA’s support and can’t wait to see all the great things ahead with their new and improved facility coming soon! We are excited to be a part of the new YMCA and the new aquatic center!
