The Carl Albert baseball team clinched the District 5A-2 title with a 21-6 win over Piedmont in the second game of a doubleheader. Lake Strickland went 3 for 3 with a double, a triple, a home run and 6 RBIs - finishing a single shy of the cycle. Gavin Haines and Houston Russell also homered. Piedmont won the first game 5-3.
