Carl Albert Middle School has adopted a NEW Late Work Policy for the 2025-2026 school year. Please familiarize yourself with the new policy. We know that falling behind can feel overwhelming for students AND parents. Students are expected to turn in assignments in a timely manner, or a zero will be entered into the gradebook. (Policy Attached)

7th and 8th Grade Football Players
ALL players will need a ride HOME from Del City High School after the scrimmage on Thursday. We will let you know if the scrimmage is cancelled due to the weather.

CAMS Families,
There is no alternate pick-up or drop-off plan when it is raining. Please feel free to send an umbrella and/or rain gear with your student. Rain is in the forecast all week!
Also, EVERY WEDNESDAY, the high school's normal 7:45am start time is pushed back to 8:15am. This creates extra congestion on Post Road in the mornings. We want to prepare you for possible longer-than-normal drop-off wait times. We highly encourage students to be dropped off at 7:45am on Wednesdays.
Please ensure that drivers are following procedures and driving around the entire football parking lot in the mornings. We have received reports that students are being dropped off in the football parking lot, and parents are cutting through the parking lot to avoid wait times.

CAMS ID violations started today (8/21). If a student receives a 2nd violation, they will be assigned ASD. Please remind your students to have their IDs daily.
We have been telling students to put their ID in or on their backpacks.
