Another VERY BIG announcement! A huge congratulations goes out to our very own Melissa Marks (CAMS Band Director) for winning the OKMEA Exemplary Middle School Director of the Year award! Mrs. Marks was one of 3 teachers across our entire state to win this very selective award, and we can not be more proud of her and this accomplishment! Congrats, Mrs. Marks!!!

8th graders got to experience college life for a day on Tuesday at OCCC thanks to GearUp!

CAMS Pom was in the house!!! The girls rocked it this weekend at the Halloween Invitational Competition in Bartlesville. They took home 1st in Jazz and 1st in Hip Hop!! It was a fun weekend and they were all so much fun to be with! I love their spirit and drive! They work hard and it paid off!!!
We are also proud of ALL of the soloists, we took 9 solos and a trio. It was a big solo competition with 45 in our age division!! Three solos and trio placed!

CAMS will host a Halloween Dance tomorrow (Monday) during electives. Cost is $5. We will not allow parents to drop off money during the day. (Costumes are optional)

Basketball practice is canceled for Friday, October 24th. We have several other events going on and our attendance is low for girls practice so we made the decision to cancel today. We will resume Monday, October 27th 3:30-5:30 I will send out our practice/game schedule for the remainder of October through November this weekend! Thank you all for understanding -Coach E

Girls Basketball: Good Evening Parents and Guardians, The following documents were distributed to all student-athletes during practice on October 9. Please take a moment to review each form carefully. Thrillshare Code Carl Albert Student-Athlete Code of Conduct Carl Albert Athletic Handbook Emergency Contact and Consent Form Acknowledgment/Agreement Signature Page 2025-26 Game Schedule The following items must be completed and returned by Monday, October 13: Acknowledgment and Signature Page – must be signed by both the athlete and a parent/guardian. Emergency Contact & Consent Form – Please complete all sections thoroughly. Both signed documents are required before your athlete is permitted to participate in Carl Albert Middle School Girls Basketball practices, games, events, and all related activities.
