Del City Elementary had a competition with Parkview Elementary to raise canned food for our Veterans through the Purple Heart Foundation. Del City may not have won the competition, but between the two schools, 2,927 cans of food were donated! That's a win in everybody's books! Thank you to all those who donated.

Just over one year ago, the patrons of the Mid-Del School District came together to support a bold vision for the future of our schools, approving a $492,700,000 bond proposal aimed at making significant improvements district-wide. This morning students from 4th and 5th grade gave campaign speeches for Del City Elementary Student Council. Third through fifth grade students were in attendance and will be voting today for Student Council President and Vice President. Stay tuned for results at the end of the day!
