The Oklahoma State Department of Education's Transfer Portal is currently not operational. Due to this complication, Mid-Del will begin taking out-of-district transfer applications on Friday, July 1, 2022 for all grades and schools as paper copies. The application is available on our website so that you may print, complete and have it ready to turn in at the Central Enrollment Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. on July 1.  Applications will not be accepted unless they are complete including the student's STN (State Testing Number). Once the application has been reviewed, you will receive notification of approval or denial. If application is approved, you will receive information on next steps then. What is an STN and how do I get one?

\r\n
