The countdown to high school is on, and we have some exciting events planned to celebrate our 8th graders before they take their next big step! 🎉

📍 Field Trip to Surge Adventure Park – May 7th @ 10:00 AM
📍 Formal Dance at Midwest City Elks Lodge – May 10th @ 6:00 PM
📍 Bridging Ceremony at MCHS PAC – May 20th @ 7:00 PM

✨ Parents/Guardians: Whether this middle school journey has been smooth sailing or a rocky road, this is a chance to help make your scholar’s last 9 weeks at MCMS truly memorable! We need your help to make these events a success.

💰 8th-grade dues are $50.00 and should be turned in to Advisory Teachers by May 1st, 2025.

Summer Algebra Support Program

Earn 0.5 high school elective credit while strengthening your math skills!

🗓 Dates: May 27 – June 5
🕗 Time: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM (No entrance after 8:45 AM)
📍 Location: Del City High School
🍽 Breakfast & lunch provided!
🚍 Transportation is not provided

💬 Who should sign up?

• Incoming 9th graders needing extra Algebra I preparation

• Students who want to start high school with confidence!

✅ Students must attend all 8 days to earn credit!
✅ Final grades will be based on daily participation and engagement.
✅ Students who can’t attend all 8 days are still welcome but won't earn credit.

🥎 High School Softball Tryouts Are Here!
Are you ready to rep the Midwest City Bombers on the field? Tryouts for the 2024-2025 softball season are coming up, and we want to see YOU there!

📅 Tryouts are 3 days:
🗓️ Monday, May 12 – $10 physical available directly after tryout
🗓️ Tuesday, May 13
🗓️ Thursday, May 15 – Rain or shine, followed by a Parent Meeting

☔ Makeup Dates (if needed):
🗓️ Friday, May 16
🗓️ Tuesday, May 20

🕓 Time Each Day: 4–6 PM
📍 Location: 104 E Rose Drive, Midwest City, OK

📲 REQUIRED: Parent/guardian must text athlete info to (405) 312-1479 or athletes should stop by Room W107.

Are you interested in playing high school volleyball?

Open tryouts will be held on April 22nd & 23rd from 5:00-6:30 PM at the J.E. Sutton Field House!

Want to get some extra practice before tryouts? There will be Open Gym for those interested on the following dates:
