Central Enrollment Center

All NEW student enrollment and returning Resident Affidavit families will be done at the Central Enrollment Center. The Central Enrollment Center is located at 4731 Judy Drive in Del City, OK. The Central Enrollment Center office can be reached at (405) 582-7095 or via email at enrollment@mid-del.net..

Schedule Your Enrollment Appointment:

We have a new process for enrollment in Mid-Del. Parents must register for an appointment time for the Central Enrollment Center. This includes new student enrollment as well as students on a resident affidavit. Families who "walk-up" to the Enrollment Center will have to register for an appointment at a later time.

Save time when visiting the Mid-Del Enrollment Center by adding yourself to the QLess Virtual Line. Instead of spending valuable time waiting in line, you can add yourself to the virtual line and you will be notified when you are next in line for service.

All patrons and families must wear a mask when coming to the CEC. Masks will not be provided. For questions, please email enrollment@mid-del.net. Thank you!

All requests for transfer into the Mid-Del Public School District initiated by or on behalf of a nonresident student shall be approved or denied in accordance with District policy. In accordance with Oklahoma state law, two (2) types of Out-of-District Transfers may be requested by the parent, guardian, or person having legal custody of the nonresident student:

  1. Open Transfer applications are accepted and processed during the Open Enrollment time period beginning on January 1st and ending on May 31st of the year preceding the requested attendance year (the transfer is for the next school year).

  2. Emergency Transfer applications are accepted and processed beginning on August 1st through April 30th of the requested attendance year (the transfer is for the current school year).

Emergency Transfer Process

  1. The parent or legal guardian of the student must first obtain approval from the principal of the receiving Mid-Del school prior to reporting to the Central Enrollment Center to submit the emergency transfer application.

  2. The parent or legal guardian of the student must report to the Central Enrollment Center located at 4731 Judy Drive, Del City, OK to complete the emergency transfer application. Mailed applications will not be accepted nor considered.

  3. Upon confirmation of the principal’s approval, the application information will be entered into the OSDE WAVE system.

  4. The OSDE WAVE system will notify the sending (home) district to approve or deny the transfer request.

  5. The Central Enrollment Center will notify the parent or legal guardian and receiving principal of the sending (home) district’s approval or denial.

  6. If approved, the parent or legal guardian must return to the Central Enrollment Center to pick up the approval letter to present to the receiving school in order to proceed with scheduling.

  7. The parent or legal guardian must comply with all enrollment requirements in order to complete the enrollment process.

Emergency Transfer Cancellations

  1. Approved emergency transfers may be cancelled by Mid-Del Schools during the current year at any time due to failure to comply with the guidelines as outlined in the Attachment “B” consent form submitted by the legal guardian at the time of transfer request.

  2. Approved emergency transfers may also be cancelled by the parent or legal guardian during the current year at any time by the withdrawal of the student.

  3. District or parent cancellation results in the student’s immediate return to their resident (home) school district.

  4. The OSDE WAVE system will notify the resident (home) district when a transfer has been cancelled.

  5. Emergency transfers are valid for the current school year only. All existing emergency transfers will automatically be transitioned to an Open Transfer Application for the following school year unless cancelled by the District or parent or legal guardian prior to June 1 of the current school year. If cancelled after June 1 and prior to the last day of the current school year, any emergency transfer that has been transitioned to an Open Transfer Application for the following school year will automatically be cancelled.
