What is Late Start? We are asking Mid-Del families who have students attending high school in the 2024-2025 school year to join us for a meeting to discuss a possible “Late Start” for the upcoming school year. What is Late Start: Every 9-12 grade student will start school 45 minutes later on Wednesdays to ensure teachers have time to collaborate about student instruction and achievement. Meeting Date and Time: March 6th at 4pm Where: Mid-Del Schools Board of Education located at 7217 S.E. 15th St

This mornings our sophomores experienced the sophomore surge. The purpose of the sophomore surge is to get students to start thinking about the future, since sophomores graduate in 2 years. They attended votech session, military session, and ACT/college session.
