Congratulations to the Del City Concert Band for their performance on stage and in sight reading at their OSSAA Concert Band Assessment today! They received an Excellence rating on their stage performance and showed nominal growth! Go Eagles! 🦅

For the 15th year DC Student Council has been nationally recognized as a National Student Council Gold Council of Excellence. One of the longest in the state of Oklahoma 12 other Oklahoma High Schools has received this honor this year.

Wednesday, April 15th: Purple UP! For Military Kids!

At Mid-Del Schools, we are proud to honor the strength, resilience, and sacrifice of our military-connected students and their families. These students serve too, navigating new schools, new friendships, and time apart from loved ones, all while showing incredible courage and adaptability.

As a proud Purple Star School District, we stand alongside our military families every day. This month, we celebrate YOU and thank you for the sacrifices you make to serve our country.

Come out to the Del City High School Performing Arts Center on May 8th for a 7:00 PM concert including the DCHS Concert Band, DCHS Jazz Band, 8th Grade DCMS Jazz Band, and DCHS Flute Ensemble! The concert will be free admission and will be featuring several other teachers, directors, and community members. Make sure to mark your calendars to show up and support our Band students and shower them with congratulations on their hard work throughout their season. Please be advised that the Mid-Del School District observes a strict clear bag policy, so please stow away your items in a small container when entering the PAC or leave your items in your vehicle. Thank you and we’ll see you there! Go Eagles 🦅!

Our annual physicals night for DCHS and DCMS will be Thursday, May 7th, 2026 from 6-7:30pm in the DCHS Fieldhouse. The cost is $15. Any DCHS and DCMS student current grades 6th-11th is welcome to attend. This includes school sports teams, marching band, JROTC, and any other organization that requires a physical for participation.

Attention all DCHS Seniors: The Mary Bannister Foundation and Del City Nissan have opened the application for the Mary Bannister Foundation scholarships. Any DCHS senior who will be the first in their immediate family to pursue education after high school are welcome to apply. Scholarships awarded will be up to $1,000. Congratulations to the Del City High School Jazz Band for performing at the annual Carl Albert Jazz Festival today led Mr. Andrew Cox! They had a fantastic performance on stage followed by a stellar clinic. Del City Fine Arts are alive and thriving! Go Eagles! 🦅

Congratulations to the Del City High School Winterguard group for finishing their season strong with a 9th placement out of 15 today at Yukon High School for Winterguard Championships! They have worked so hard and their show, “Celestial Tides”, has come so far! Thank you to Mrs. Rebekah Henderson for leading them as our Winterguard and Colorguard Director! Go Eagles! 🦅
