Applications are now open for current Mid-Del sophomores to apply for Dr. Cobb's Superintendent's Student Advisory Board for the 2024-2025 school year. We invite current sophomores who are interested in being a part of the Superintendent's Student Advisory Board to complete and submit a SAB application online by Friday, May 3 at 12pm (noon). Students will be contacted by Friday, May 3, with an interview time for the week of May 6-10. Interviews will take place at the student’s school site. Students must be logged into his/her Mid-Del school email account to complete the application. We encourage our students, staff, and community to wear purple on Monday, April 15th for Purple Up! for Military Kids Day! Purple Up! For Military Kids is a day for communities to wear purple to show support and thank military children for their strength and sacrifices. Mid-Del officials participated in a webinar with the National Weather Service this morning and have made the decision to cancel all after school and evening activities out of an abundance of caution for our students, families, and staff. We will continue to monitor today's weather and notify our families if any changes occur to our procedures. Our Midwest City High School Bombers were asked to help celebrate the groundbreaking of the newest Whataburger in the Mid-Del community today. Thank you to the Bomber Jazz Band, Pom Team, and State Champion Boys Basketball Team for joining in the fun today. #mdpurpose

April 10, 2024 Remote Learning Day for all Mid-Del 9th, 10th, and 12th graders. The Oklahoma State Department of Education has provided the opportunity for school districts to utilize funding for FREE ACT testing. Mid-Del will be giving a FREE ACT Test to ALL JUNIORS (and those seniors who have been notified by their sites). Due to staff needs and testing facility requirements, ALL 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students (who have not been identified to test) will have a remote learning day (will not report to their school sites) on April 10, 2024. Seniors that attend Mid-Del Technology Center will report to MDTC for your classes that day.

This is a reminder that Mid-Del Schools will be closed on Friday, March 29, 2024. *District administrative offices will be open. You can access the school calendar on our website at www.mid-del.net.
