🦴🔍 Last week, some of our students took a field trip to SKELETONS: Museum of Osteology — and it was bone-afide fun! While there, they participated in Animal CSI, where they became junior forensic scientists! 🧠💡 Students learned how to read the clues written in bones and explored the fascinating world of forensic science by identifying trauma and disease in real animal skeletons. 🌍✨ Our 7th grade students on Teams Spitfire and Blackbird took us around the world this week during our first annual World’s Fair! ✈️🎉 From traditional clothing to delicious cuisine, students brought their countries to life while sharing what they’ve learned. 🎉✨ 8th Grade Formal! ✨🎉 Midwest City Middle School hosted an unforgettable 8th-grade formal on May 10th! The students looked amazing, danced the night away, and created memories to cherish forever. 💃🕺 A huge shoutout to Gregory McPherson with Poetry and Chill for keeping the party alive as our DJ! 🎶 We also had amazing photo opportunities with a 360 photo booth and beautiful photos captured by Art Rich and Timeless. 📸 Thank you to all the incredible chaperones and staff who volunteered their time to make this event a success. This is a fun and highly effective way to raise money toward your student's band fees (which cover transportation, shirts, events, contests, Frontier City, and more). Last year we raised nearly $9,000!
