snow days

The Pleasant Hill Cardinals experienced an Arctic Blast this past week with a foot of snow falling in approximately 24 hours January 23rd and 24th. Students stayed home for 3 traditional snow days while the temperatures invited snow and ice to stick around. Cardinal kids creatively optimized their time and opportunity by engaging with this beautiful precipitation in magical ways: snowmobiling, making snow angels, designing snow people, packing snowballs, sledding on, traipsing through, and tasting the delectable ice from the sky!
