Pleasant Hill Elementary School

Thank you to Oklahoma Alliance for Geographic Education (OKAGE) for allowing public schools to reserve giant maps for multisensory learning about our world! Pleasant Hill PreK enjoyed the North America map, 20 x 26 feet, which teaches geography, directionality, sizing/scale, topography, and literacy. PreK played Simon Says, Scavenger Hunt, 4 Corners, and Where Will I Travel? OKAGE prepared lesson plans and manipulatives to engage in multiple activities which spurn active learning.
