It's almost time for our Winter Dress Up! We hope you'll join us in the holiday spirit starting THIS WEEK!

In the final days of Native American Heritage Month, we want to share some of our wonderful hallway art! At Epperly Heights, we strive to celebrate diversity and the beauty of all cultures. We are proud of the great work our students did when learning about the varying tribes and vast history of Native Americans. ❤️🪶

Happy Thanksgiving, Mustangs! Before break, our hallways were covered with reasons to be thankful, turkeys in hiding, and pumpkins of gratitude.
We appreciate our students, staff, school building, and the community that supports us! We hope you'll spend the day with the people you love most. 🍁🦃

This week we had the pleasure of celebrating our paraprofessionals and teacher assistants! Grateful and thankful are an understatement for how we feel about these staff members!
We appreciate all they do to support our students and the behind the scenes work they put in for our building.

Mrs. Watson's Pre-K class had a Charlie Brown Thanksgiving today! Complete with tasty snacks and good friends!
We are wishing all Mustangs a wonderful break with their families. 🍁🦃

Thank you Sunnylane United Methodist Church for sponsoring 5 of our Mustang families with Thanksgiving meals. We are grateful for your kindness and support of our community. 🍁🦃

Our Academic Team is competing in Mid-Del's Brain Bowl this morning!
They've worked hard in practice and are ready to do their best.
The Mustang community is rooting for you! 💚🐎

Mustang Families:
Thank you for all of your hard work on the candy bar fundraiser! For those who haven't turned in money for your 1st box, we ask that you please turn in your candy bar money by this Friday (before Thanksgiving break). Reach out to the main office if you have any questions.

We are feeling extra grateful this week! Big thank you to Del City Rotary Club for dropping off 124 dictionaries today. We are grateful for their donation and so excited to pass these out to our second graders! 💙

Mrs. Watson's Pre-K class has been learning all about measurement! Today, they put those skills to use and made pumpkin pie in a bag! Ummm... YUM! 😋🥧
Good job, tiny Mustangs!

We would like to thank Del City Church of Christ and the Kaleo project for their donation of snack bags for our staff! This was the perfect surprise for our faculty on World Kindness Day.
We are grateful! ❤️

Thank you to SunnyLane United Methodist Church for their donation of underwear for our students. We are extremely grateful for their continued partnership and commitment to our building.
Mustang Families, SunnyLane United Methodist Church, located at 2020 S. Sunnylane Road, also has a food pantry open to those who live in the Del City area. As well as, they have a "My Neighbors Closet" with clothing and home goods for sale at low prices.

HUGE thank you to Meadowood Baptist Church for their donation of coats for our Mustangs! We are grateful for their continued partnership in keeping our students warm this winter. ❤️🧥
If you would like to make a donation to our school, you may do so through the main office during school hours. At this time, our need is for pants of all children's sizes. Leggings, sweatpants, and anything with an elastic band is best. We can accept new or very gently used pants.
