PreK Families, we invite you to join us this Friday, September 19th, at 2:15pm on the large playground for Pleasant Hill's first Color Run - either to run/walk or cheer on your child! If you cannot make it, your child can still participate in the color run for a $5 fee. All students will be outside to observe the festivities and cheer for walkers/runners!
See the attached image for details or check your child's backpack for the flyer.
Donations are also greatly appreciated!

PreK celebrated International Dot Day, September 15th, with the book "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds. The class interacted with this tale about taking a first step (with a dot in Vashti's case) when we think we can't do something and see where it can go. Today we made our mark on paper and signed our names! Be yourself, be unique, be creative.

Thank you to #Kathy Nolan for the magnificent Back to School balloon arch! It allowed us a picture perfect opportunity to start our day. Families, students, and full classes used it to document our first day of school and remind us that learning is beautiful! As one of the PreK students said today, "Sharing is caring," so thank you for sharing your gift and resources with us!

We are excited to welcome our students back for a great school year! If you have not yet started your online enrollment, please know that your child will not be allowed to attend class or school until the enrollment process is complete.
If enrollment is completed today after 4:00 p.m., your child will still not be able to attend class tomorrow. This is because we need at least 24 hours to review and verify all documents, and during the school day, our focus will be on supporting the students already in the building.
Completing your online enrollment as soon as possible will make sure your child has a smooth start and does not miss valuable instructional time.
Thank you for your prompt attention and for partnering with us to make this school year a success! #mdpurpose

Don’t worry! You can still complete your enrollment by calling the office line 📞 and emailing your documentation 📧.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this.
