Current Mid-Del Families, It’s time to begin Phase 1 of the enrollment process for the 2025–2026 school year! Phase 1 opened at 8:00 AM on Monday, April 21, 2025, for all current Mid-Del students—especially those moving to a new school site as they advance from elementary to middle school or middle school to high school. You should have received an email on April 21 containing your child’s Snapcode, which is required to complete re-enrollment. This step allows you to verify and update your student’s information, including contact details and residency. Important: You must have your student’s Snapcode to begin. If you do not receive your Snapcode, please contact your student’s school directly. Once Phase 1 is complete, you’ll be ready for Phase 2, which begins July 15 and includes submitting your updated proof of residency. We look forward to serving your family for another great year in Mid-Del! Mid-Del Enrollment Team

Schwartz Jog-a-Thon 2025 Recap The day kicked off with our Pre-K students showing their enthusiasm, braving the drizzle before heading indoors to continue the fun. Grades K-5 kept the momentum going, running through the halls with energy and excitement. We were even joined by some parents and staff who got in on the action. Mrs. Combs had a blast cheering everyone on as they made their way around the corner of the hallway. What an incredible effort from all our Stallions! A huge thank you to our dedicated Schwartz PTA for all their hard work in organizing this fantastic fundraiser for our school. A special shout-out to Coach Perrymore for setting up the course both outside and inside, and to our amazing 5th-grade helpers and parents stationed along the route, ensuring everyone knew where to go. We also appreciate the PTA for providing water, snacks, and for helping to dry off our Pre-K kiddos after they came in from the drizzle. Great teamwork all around! #mdpurpose

The adjective selfie is a special assignment third graders do each spring. They do their best to represent themselves in art and in adjectives! It requires lots of self-reflection, thought, and effort. After all, third grade is a huge developmental year—not just in school related things, but in their lives and how much they grow and mature as young people. These are just a few examples among our amazing third graders! #mdpurpose

The Schwartz Botball Team participated in the Mid-Del Elementary Botball Challenge on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Mid-Del Learning Services Center. Students were presented with five regular challenges, two mystery challenges, and one bonus challenge, requiring them to utilize their computer programming, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Tasks varied in difficulty, from simple ones like driving forward to touch a soda can to more complex ones such as programming the bot to draw a happy face. Schwartz was one of three schools to successfully complete EVERY CHALLENGE, earning a banner that was proudly presented to Mr. Jones during Stomp! Congratulations to our outstanding Stallions! #mdpurpose
