The Mid-Del Board of Education is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Stephanie Gragg as principal of the Career Academy.

For Ms. Gragg, this role represents a return home. She began her career in Mid-Del Public Schools as a teacher and instructional coach, later serving in school leadership in Shawnee Public Schools before returning to lead Career Academy. Her experience spans classroom teaching, instructional leadership, and administration, with a deep commitment to student growth and belonging.

Ms. Gragg did not originally plan to go into education, but watching her mother teach at an alternative school changed her perspective and inspired her to pursue the profession. She considers it a privilege to have learned alongside students throughout her career and believes she became a better educator because of the students she has served. She is excited to help Career Academy students find their voice, build confidence, and grow as valued members of the Mid-Del community.

Ms. Gragg earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and her Master of Education from the University of Oklahoma.

Moseley is a proud product of Mid-Del Schools, having attended Eastside and Sooner Rose Elementary. Her early experiences in these schools helped shape her commitment to education and to the students and families she now serves.

With 28 years of experience in public education—including 20 years in school leadership—Moseley brings both depth of expertise and genuine care to her work. This school year, she served as Assistant Principal at Tinker Elementary, continuing her commitment to student growth and campus leadership.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Moseley's experience spans a wide range of educational settings, from kindergarten classrooms to high school English, as well as higher education, where she served as an Adjunct Professor at Rose State College. National School Principals Day!

In Mid-Del, our principals are the heartbeat of their buildings, setting the tone, leading with purpose, and guiding their teams to success each day.

They support teachers, champion students, and create strong, positive school cultures where learning thrives. Their leadership shapes the experience inside every classroom and impacts every student who walks through their doors.
