Happy School Counselor Week

School Counselors serve our students in countless ways, many of which happen quietly and behind the scenes. They give selflessly, often putting the needs of others first, and they approach their work with care, courage, and a deep commitment to student success.

Our counselors build meaningful relationships, advocate for students and families, and encourage young people to believe in themselves, pursue their goals, and persevere through challenges. Their guidance, compassion, and dedication have a lasting impact on the lives they touch.

Mid-Del is fortunate to have exceptional School Counselors—past and present—whose work strengthens our schools and our community. We are truly better because of you. Thank you for all you do! Help us celebrate our counselors. Share the name of your favorite school counselor in the comments. #mdpurpose
