This program offers an incredible opportunity for juniors and seniors to gain firsthand experience in career fields they’re passionate about. From healthcare to engineering, education to business, our students are stepping into real-world environments to explore their futures.
We’re thrilled to continue to work with the rest of this year’s student interns over the next few weeks. This is just the beginning of an unforgettable journey for these future leaders! Ashley is passionate about creating safe spaces where growth and healing can thrive. Her experience spans partial hospitalization and outpatient care — always guided by compassion and meaningful connection.
When she’s not working with students and families, you can find Ashley hiking, doing Pilates, or enjoying time at the dog park with her sweet rescue pup, Effie.

Dorothy is a proud product of Mid-Del Schools, having attended Eastside and Sooner Rose Elementary, and now, she’s come full circle to serve the community that first inspired her educational journey.
With more than 20 years of experience in public education, including 19 years in school leadership, Dorothy brings a wealth of knowledge and heart to her role. Her background spans from kindergarten classrooms to high school English, and even the college level as an Adjunct Professor at Rose State College.
She’s held leadership roles in Choctaw-Nicoma Park Schools and Eufaula Public Schools, and is passionate about fostering a love of learning, building strong relationships, and working hand-in-hand with families to support student success.
Outside of school, Dorothy and her husband, David, love traveling, enjoying nature, and spending time with their pup, Bella.
